Fill in the registration form via email or the congress portal. Provide your delegate category, institutional affiliation, dietary requirements, and preferred session tracks.
Receive an automated confirmation email within 24 hours with your unique delegate reference number and invoice details for payment processing.
Pay securely by credit card, bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT), or institutional purchase order. Formal VAT invoices are issued upon request.

GCCS 2027 welcomes original research contributions across all major domains of chemical sciences. Accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations and included in the official digital proceedings.
Abstracts must be submitted in English as plain text or using the provided template. All submissions are peer-reviewed by the GCCS 2027 Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be issued by 1 March 2027.

Yes. Delegates requiring a Schengen visa invitation letter for Italy may request one after completing paid registration. The letter will be issued within 5 working days via email. Please ensure you apply for your visa well in advance of the congress dates (2–9 July 2027).
Yes. Groups of 5 or more delegates from the same institution or company qualify for a 10% group discount on registration fees. Please contact info@gccs2027.org to arrange the group booking before completing individual registrations.
Yes. All delegates registering at the Student / PhD Candidate rate must provide a valid university enrollment letter or student ID confirming active postgraduate enrollment. Proof may be emailed to info@gccs2027.org after completing registration.
Cancellations received in writing before 1 June 2027 will receive a full refund (less a €30 administrative fee). Cancellations between 1–30 June 2027 qualify for a 50% refund. No refund is available after 1 July 2027. Substitutions are permitted at any time at no charge.
Yes. If your circumstances change, you may convert your in-person registration to virtual at any time up to 2 weeks before the congress opens (by 18 June 2027). Any fee difference will be refunded within 10 business days of your written conversion request.
Yes. All plenary keynotes and selected parallel sessions will be professionally recorded and made available on demand for 3 months post-congress. Both in-person and virtual delegates receive full access to the on-demand recording library as part of their registration.
